Service Procurement
The customer will be billed directly by the chosen carrier.
Tech Solutions Hunter, LLC (further referred to as TSH) will work with the customer to gather the required information for successful service delivery.
Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to maintain a current billing status with the carrier. TSH is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by delinquent payments.
Carrier Responsibility
All carriers represented by TSH provide full Service Level Agreements guaranteeing service reliability, unless noted. It is the sole responsibility of the carrier to fulfill these agreements.
TSH will do everything possible to help ensure the speedy resolution of any issues and will act as an escalation liaison for issue resolution. Exceptions to the above include any legal disputes with the chosen carrier.

Customer Information
TSH will gather contact information from the customer for the purposes of generating service quotes, service contracts, notifications for billing & support only. This information includes customer legal name, contact phone number(s), contact e-mail(s), service address, billing address & support contacts. If at any time the customer chooses to remove their contact information for any reason, The customer data collected will not be shared with any party outside of TSH without customer written permission.
